There’s something about the last light of the day that stops me every time. The way the sky burns gold just before it lets go — I’ve been chasing that feeling all spring, and it’s finally becoming something I can share with you.

I’m so glad you’re here, because I have two things on my heart today.

First: a new collection is coming!

I’ve been quietly working on a series of golden-hour landscapes, open fields, big skies, that particular quality of light that only arrives in the final minutes before dark. The collection is called “Last Light”, and it’s arriving early summer. These three small paintings are just the first glimpse. There is so much more of this light still to come.

If you’ve ever pulled over on a country road just to watch the sky this collection is for you. The entire collection will be available early summer!

And second: I’m headed to Rhinebeck, New York this Fall for Country Living’s Fair!
