How to care for hand painted glass items:

All of my glass items are hand-painted with high quality glass paints then baked per manufacturers specifications. Hand washing is recommended after each use so that your glass will continue to be the object of conversation for years to come.

How is my artwork packaged and shipped?

I ship most items ( glassware, original artwork & prints) via USPS Priority Mail. Smaller items such as Suncatchers are shipped via USPS First Class Mail

All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase. (Monday thru Friday).

Each and every glass item is carefully wrapped in
Ranpak (sustainable bubble wrap alternative) and packaged in a gift box ready for gift giving. I encourage recycling/ reusing Ranrak, bubble wrap and cardboard boxes etc.

If the artwork gets damaged in transit contact me at Jennymothersheadart@gmail.com and we can discuss a refund or replacement. Once the package is marked delivered it is out of my control.

Order Cancelation and Refund

All sales are final. Please take the time to read my listing descriptions carefully, and check colors on different screens if color variation is a concern. I attempt to photograph each piece of work to capture it’s most honest, and true-to-life color representation, but realize the colors may vary slightly in person.

Ownership of the Artwork

I retain all rights to purchased artwork, including commissions. I retain the right to make reproductions of all artwork I create. The collector may not reproduce the artwork without written permission. If you would like to share my artwork or photos on social media or a blog, please credit me.
